Netflix does not operate on the Vizio Smart TV

Start the Vizio Smart TV again

Reinstall the Netflix application

  4. Return to the Vizio App Store and search for the Netflix app.

  7. Select the content to watch on the Netflix app.

How to Factory Reset a Vizio Smart TV

  1. On the Vizio Smart TV remote, press the Menu button.
  2. Select the System option from the menu.
  3. At the bottom of the System, click Reset & Admin.
  4. Choose the option Reset TV to Factory Defaults.
  5. To reset the Vizio Smart TV, enter the Passcode (0000) and click Reset.
  6. Connect the Vizio Smart TV to the internet and launch the Netflix app to begin streaming the content.
